The program covering the 1,095,000 sq.m. land area is a careful composition of synergistic, mutually economically beneficial elements. A hotel and retail zone faces the east coast , a zone of offices, arranged as a curved spine connects the north and south ends of the peninsula, while service apartments, and a picturesque retail area face the west coast. The south half of the peninsula is dedicated to exhibitions, performances, festive and cultural events. Two major hotels will provide support and amenities to this special area. A large waterfront plaza is designed to host major events, accommodating a 1500 person concert hall.
